JOB DESCRIPTION As a Senior Designer, you will conceptually imagine the future of our clients in different industries. You must be able to work comfortably with people from different creative and technical disciplines. You will use words, symbols and images to create a visual representation of ideas and messages in the proposal of print, multimedia and digital web content.  You will lead a team of designers utilizing your knowledge of grids, typography, graphic design, colour, layout, DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience KeyShot 3D Renderings & Animation Software
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design thinking frameworks
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in color theory, typography, and iconography
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with client teams in pursuit of winning a deal
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design in pursuit of winning a deal
• Minimum 5 years’ experience creating deal strategies and translating that strategy into written proposals
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing strategy and conceptualization
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in deadline driven environments
• Create ideas, communications, and interfaces in support of client value propositions and proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise work of designers across projects and provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and coach other designers on the team.
• Maintain style guides and other design documents that provoke a reaction from the intended audience and user bases.
• Speak and present to stakeholders and clients on design strategy.
• Produce deliverables from printed collateral to online and multimedia
• Directly interact with clients, travel to client sites is required.
• Strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and ability to deliver on a deadline
• Assist in ensuring that the projects are completed at the excellence standard required.

CLIENTS YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH You will work with our team that is responsible for progression, conversion, and closure of large deals within a sector/industry.  Your team will be focused on a particular global industry such as Luxury Watches, Jewellery, Fashion, Beer, Wine & Spirits, Automotive, Financial, Travel & Tourism, Prime Entertainment and Telecommunications. Salary will depend on experience.
